- Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content that violates community guidelines or harms others. Repeat offenses may result in suspension.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post, including its legality, accuracy, and impact.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our Platform: AGC’s name, logo, site design, and code are protected by intellectual property rights.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of your posts, photos, and uploads. By sharing them on AGC, you grant us a global, non-exclusive license to display and promote them in service of our mission.
- Respect Others: Do not upload or use copyrighted material without permission.
5. Privacy and Data

- Children’s Policy: AGC is intended for users aged 16 and older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.

- User-to-User Transactions: AGC facilitates connections but is not a party to transactions. Buyers and sellers are responsible for due diligence.

- Tax & Legal Compliance: Sellers are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws, taxes, and business regulations.
These conditions will be expanded upon in the Commerce Policy once e-commerce is formally introduced.

- No Guarantees: While we work hard to maintain AGC, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
- At Your Risk: Use of the platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from user interactions or third-party links.
